This could be a relationship that is splitting. It could be an eviction notice or the police with a search warrant. It is likely to be close to home, whatever it is, so you should consider what is at risk.

This means that somebody decides to split away from their usual companions; it is not wrong to do this at this time.

This is a good line. Instead of trouble you are brought unexpected help. 'Nothing that is not favourable' means that the situation will have positive aspects.

b) They are unable to use it.

This means a surprise bonus for you and your enemy's house is split.
